About Angie
Career
I am a keynote speaker, immediate past-President of the Chicago chapter of NAWBO, and the founder of Reconciled Solutions. Since 2006, I have been helping high-achieving clients advance toward financial stability and order. I thrive on helping business owners run the best version of the business they imagined, as they develop skill sets that support profit acceleration, operational efficiency, and work/life sustainability.
At Reconciled Solutions, we offer ongoing bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory support to high-achieving professional service-based businesses. When COVID-19 hit, my team and I worked tirelessly to secure over $87 million in disaster relief funding for our clients. Not one of our clients went out of business due to financial pain from pandemic conditions.
So many owners tie money and success together with fear. I want them to understand the deeply personal story their business is telling them.
Above all, I am a believer in having the heart of a teacher. Since so many small business owners are intimidated by their financials, I want to help them overcome that anxiety by providing accurate and actionable numbers.

Personal Interests
I am a wife and the mother of three young adults, which means the calendar-keeping years have given way to a different kind of busy. What has not changed is what I believe about sustainability: the business should hold up, and so should the person running it.
I Clockworked my own business in the summer of 2021 and took a full month off while we were doubling in size. I have taken a month every year since. That is not a flex. It is the proof that the system works.
These days you will find me at the LIFT Market, where I volunteer regularly, or on the mat as a student of Krav Maga. Both keep me honest, in different ways. The rest of my time goes to my family, to travel, and to sleep — which I still consider a competitive advantage.
