QuickBooks Online basic training that covers how to set up bank feeds, categorize transactions and run reports (Please note that we cannot teach you all the ins and outs of QBO in 2 hours! We will cover the basics. Any extra training exceeding 2 hours will be charged at $149/hour.)
Guided Profit First Profit Assessment (we'll customize your percentages to your past performance, or use the default percentages if you don't have enough historical data)

How does it work?

1 The Quickbooks Setup process starts with a video interview where we find out about your company and learn your go-to-market approach
2 You work with a QuickBooks ProAdvisor to understand the basics of QuickBooks Online (This is a 2 hour overview. It is not meant to teach you everything you need to know about QBO.)
3 We'll help you get started with Profit First, using either the percentages recommended in the book or customized to your Profit Assessment results
4 We'll create a 18-24 month Profit First rollout plan and show you how to operate Profit First in your business
