Active and former Reconciled Solutions clients and Strategy Partners are eligible to refer. Employees and contractors of Reconciled Solutions are not eligible for rewards.
The referred business cannot be an existing client and cannot have been in our sales pipeline within the past 12 months. They need to sign a contract for ongoing services and stay active for at least six consecutive months.
For accounting and bookkeeping, the engagement must be at minimum the Balanced Solution. The Simple Solution does not qualify. For ongoing advisory or strategic support, it must be either a consulting relationship spanning at least one year, or a quarterly strategy engagement billed monthly. Short-term or one-time consultations do not qualify.
Once the referred client completes six months of paid services, we notify you and send a $500 cash reward, paid by check or ACH, within 30 days of eligibility.
Submit the lead through this form or by email, or have the business name you during their first consultation or onboarding. Referrals need to be clearly attributed before a service agreement is signed.
Only one referral reward is issued per referred business. If two co-owners each refer the same business, the reward is split between them.
Rewards are non-transferable and may be reported as taxable income where applicable. Project-only work, one-time services, and engagements shorter than six months do not qualify. We may modify or discontinue the program at any time with 30 days notice. If you are already in your six-month vesting window when a change is made, you are grandfathered in.
