As Operations Manager, I work hard to make sure our company delivers a high standard of services to our clients using the full benefit of technology to maximize efficiency and repeatability. Along with doing bookkeeping for our company and for some of our clients, I coordinate a smooth workflow and help maintain the consistent pulse of our business. I enjoy every opportunity to implement Profit First methodology into our processes. I hope that all our clients will soon start to “profit” from this program.
Masters Degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering from National Technical University of Ukraine-I worked at the Institute of Aviation Technology so I really was a true “Rocket Scientist”! After the Soviet Union collapse in 1991, I took courses in Accounting and went to work as a Financial Controller in the construction and furniture industry. Since living in the United States, I continued to work as an accountant and as an office manager at various companies. I took further accounting courses at Harold Washington College in Chicago. I am a Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, and a Hubdoc Certified Advanced Partner.
I enjoy making jewelry and, for many years, I’ve been teaching jewelry making classes. I love my family of 6: three humans and three higher creatures- dog Belka, cat Sputnik and chinchilla Rocky.
