From being an Executive Director of a non-profit arts organization, to most recently the Manager of Finance and Operations for the Chicago Scholars Foundation, I bring an abundance of knowledge in business management and finances. My mantra is “the devil is in the details”. From creating budgets to preparing items for an audit, it’s the detail in each individual situation that produces the best results. I enjoy working with individuals and small businesses helping them organize their finances and streamline their record keeping. I like to take care of the details so the client can have the time to do what they do best.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois. I have a second major in Speech and Theatre Arts.
I have three adult children and two wonderful grandkids. Having enjoyed raising our family, my husband and I are now equally enjoying life in the “empty nest”.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading, and playing cards. I relocated from Chicago to central Illinois in 2017 to be closer to family.
