Here is what other employees are saying about working at Reconciled Solutions:
From Tatyana Shamarina, Operations Manager:
At Reconciled Solutions, you are regularly challenged to acquire new software skills, shoulder new responsibilities, and improve your job performance. This focus on learning and comprehending new information is vital in an ever-evolving business landscape, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic. It was really exciting during those first months of pandemic when our whole team dove into learning the ins and out of the CARES Act, so that we could keep our clients in business by helping them with Disaster Relief funding. This past year, I was challenged to implement a new project management software for our team. We couldn’t spend a lot of money on an expensive ‘onboarding package,’ and I wasn’t sure if I could handle learning a new software by myself. However, I managed to learn ClickUp with some instructions from a hired consultant. I was glad I did because we now have a running software at a fraction of the cost, and our team is becoming involved in setting it up and tailoring it to our needs every day.
From Bobbie Pierro, Controller:
- I’ve been working for Reconciled Solutions for over 9 years. I have to say, it is the most organized and efficient company I have ever worked for. I feel fully supported by the office staff, my fellow co-workers and especially our outstanding leader.
- Working remotely gives me the flexibility to get the job done while allowing a true work/life balance.
- I love seeing the changes we can make in our client’s business. It’s very gratifying to know you helped a client who was struggling turn a nice profit.
- I can always count on our support staff and co-workers to be up to date on the latest developments in bookkeeping.
From Kitty Conroy, Business Development:
Angie gives lots of opportunities for her team to learn and grow professionally, supporting each person’s goals for their career. My position in particular allows for flexibility, which I appreciate. Angie respects the fact that we all have personal lives, and that sometimes we need to tend to personal matters. The team appreciates it and is willing to work hard to meet goals and deadlines, helping others out as needed so they may attend to personal issues.
