How it works:

1 You pay a one-time fee of $99 and provide access to your QuickBooks Online or Xero Company file.
2 We take 3-5 days to go behind the scenes and do a complete 16-point review of your file. First, we'll analyze from a compliance (tax) standpoint to make sure things are being recorded correctly and accurately.
3 We also look at it from a profitability perspective, to see if the income and expenses are on track for the size of the business and the industry.
4 We'll schedule a 1:1 meeting with you to walk through the Diagnostics Report together. We'll go down the 16-point checklist and discuss what's in good standing vs. what needs improvements.
5 We will grade the readiness of the accounting work required using a Red Light, Yellow Light, Green Light system. You will receive a customized price quote for your cleanup.
